1. Go to the Office – Walk-In Registration
- Go to the Zakat Office or the Social Welfare Office that is closest to you.
- Take the registration form from the office personnel.
- Make sure you include the following details in the form accurately:

- CNIC number
- Mobile number
- Home address
- Death certificate of your husband.

2. Apply Online for Monthly Aid
The registration in the digital system has been made possible by the government in five easy steps:
- Visit the official website www.punjab.gov.pk
- Register on the portal by filling out the form.
- Take a printout on the available form.
- Withdraw them from the nearest Zakat Office or Social Welfare Office and submit them for processing.
Verification Process of Application
After the registration form has been filled out, the CM’s Punjab Bewa Sahara Program initiates a comprehensive verification procedure. This procedure is conducted in three main stages:
- Document verification: Initially all the documents submitted, that is, death certificate, CNIC, proof of residency, etc. are verified for accuracy and authenticity by the relevant authorities. This step ensures that the applicant fulfills the eligibility criteria.
- Home Assessment: After that, a Social Welfare or Zakat representative might do a home visit. With this, the team is able to determine the applicant’s living conditions as well as their financial state.
