Our Mission
Many farmers in Pakistan sell their crops without knowing the real market rate, and buy fertilizer or seed without knowing the official price. Our mission is simple: give every farmer and buyer free, accurate and up-to-date price information so they can make better decisions – when to sell, where to buy and which government support they can get.

We only publish prices that come from a real, dated source. Our main sources are:
- AMIS Punjab (Agriculture Marketing Information Service) – official mandi rates for crops.
- Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) – weekly SPI report for atta, sugar and fertilizer retail prices across cities.
- District rate lists – official fruit and vegetable price lists issued by district administrations (for example Lahore).
- Government notifications and press releases – support prices, subsidies and scheme updates from federal and provincial departments.
- Company price lists – official tractor and input prices announced by manufacturers.
- Open-Meteo – weather forecast data for our live weather pages.
Every price page shows its source and the date of the data, so you always know how fresh the information is.
How Often We Update
- Crop, mandi and fertilizer prices – updated every week.
- Fruit, vegetable and scheme pages – reviewed every month, or sooner when there is official news.
- Weather pages – live, updated automatically.
- Agriculture news – published as soon as important news is released.
If we cannot find verified data for an item, we do not guess – we keep the last verified price and clearly show its date.

- Independent – Zarat Ghar is not owned by or affiliated with any government department, mandi committee or company.
- Corrections – if you find a wrong price or outdated information, tell us and we will correct it quickly.
